Vicky is so warm and friendly and within minutes had got to the root of our dogs behavioural problems. Since our session with vicky he has stopped jumping up, barking at strangers and is responding to recall commands (which was virtually impossible before) we are enormously grateful and I cannot recommend her services highly enough!

I had contacted various trainers all who gave me different advice (and suggested they might make a difference after 4-6 costly sessions) but Victoria was the only one who inspired confidence immediately. I have a five month old Clumber Spaniel who was an absolute nightmare around food making family mealtimes a misery. He was also guarding toys and growling at my children. By the end of a two hour session with Victoria I was able to sit and eat on the sofa with food under my puppy's nose with him making no move towards it. Four days later he is not bothering us when we eat and is beginning to drop things he shouldn't have without protest. I can't recommend Victoria enough - rapid results, no nonsense and lifetime email and phone call support - really excellent service.

After 1 session Victoria has really made a difference with my beautiful akira after following plenty of advice and commands my puppy hasn't toileted in the house since Vicky left and is responding to her name now and other commands Vicky is lovely friendly lady who i would recomme d to anyone that needs advice as this lady certainly knows dogs and there behaviour thankyou so much Victoria.

Have had 2 sessions with Vicky so far and she is great. She has helped me to understand that I need to be the pack leader. In a matter of days this started to make a difference in Aggie's behaviour. She is walking to heel for the first time ever and is responding better when off lead. As a first time dog owner Vicky has given me much more confidence. She absolutely understands dogs and their behaviour. Would thoroughly recommend her to anyone that needs a bit of help (or even a lot of help) with their dog.

It's roughly 4 years since Victoria came over and helped with our dogs who were pulling terribly on their leads. Since that day they haven't pulled on their leads and are beautifully behaved out on walks. It was like a miracle and we are very grateful.

Thanks a million Vicky....Sweep is great....funny and clever ....you've really given me the confidence to correct and direct her without either of us feeling sad or confused. She's full of a love for life and can live that without being a nuisance whilst sharing it. Know we wouldn't be in the good place we are if I hadn't had your help and support......
